Multiple blogs within Classipress?

I've read all the posts that I can find, but haven't found my specific need addressed....

I would like to create a page (and have the link in my header navigation bar) and the page would be a "menu" of bios with profile pic and each one linked to a separate blog...

I've been told that creating a network using the features within WordPress MU is the way to go, will Classipress work with WP MU ?

Preferably I would like the process to flow similar to when you click on a Parent AD category then click on an ad within the category.... in this analogy, the child category would be similar to my "profiles menu"...each profile would be in a box with a pic & short bio... when you click on any of the profiles....each would be linked to its own separate blog page.. I would like to be able to give blog admin access to each separate blog. Can this be done within Classipress options? Or how can I do this? Thanks!
