Need Development of sms sending option from single ads

hello friends i found one of sms provider to me in india (freesmsapi.com) they are giving 50sms per day for free , But i would like to buy premimum package..

before buying the package i have to implement sms api on my website

they arte offering API for php which looks like

echo file_get_contents("http://s2.freesmsapi.com/messages/send?skey=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXsecret keyXXXX&message=".urlencode('YOUR MESSAGE')."&recipient=MOBILE_NUMBERS");

looking at above code we can understand easily ,

as we have a contact form in our ad side bar , if any intrested person enters data in that form it should send sms to the number in ad custom field
with the message enterd in contact form ( it should not affect email sending).
i dont know php please some one do it it helps a lot to all or i am ready to pay Rs. 500/- ( sorry if it is little because i could not pay more than this )
