need to edit header.php help!

Hi so I installed this plugin called dynamic headers. It lets you change the header image per page.

I was wondering where in the header.php file i need to insert the following code

<?php if(function_exists('show_media_header')){ show_media_header(); } ?>

I am not sure if there is a better way to do this. Please let me know if there is!
