Need help with creating more friendly URL's.

The URL to the page where it shows Items that were listed by a specific person or business looks something like this Hollywood Pawn Shop | Sancus Classifieds. How can I edit it so that instead of showing "author" in the url, its defined as:

http://classifieds.sancustreasures.c...ood-pawn-shop/.

Hope im clear with my question and someone can help me soon.

P.S- second question is....is there anyway I can use All in One Seo Tool with this theme, I installed the plugin, but doesnt seem to be working. Any suggestions for SEO (theres no option to add description and keywords to the posts).

I really would appreciate someones help soon.
