need help for sharing the newly published ad on social networking sites.

Hello guys,
i need small help here from the community.
need to insert piece of code into the last stage of posting ad, when user has finished posting add, on the ad posting confirmation page, i want a link for posting the same add to Social networks. when user clicks on that link "Share on facebook, twitter, pinterest,digg etc) the popup will ask for the posting use id and password like noraml, then he will publish on his own profile to let his friends and family knows about his sale.
