Need to remove the clock - date - time stamp & remove/ modify ad reference box

Need to remove the clock - date - time stamp on the ad excerpt block.
Found three similar threads but none had a solution that worked for me...

Also need to remove the "Ad Reference ID:" block on the item detail page if possible, or at least change the word "AD" to "POST"
