Need some help redirect to subsite

Hello out there,

Wondering if any could assist me redirection of url in classipress.

Part 1

So I have a multisite Site1 example.com and site 2 events.example.com. I have two buttons on example.com. One saying "post and Ad" which directs you to add-new page in example.com. The second button on example.com says "post an event". I want for the second button that say post an event to be redirected to the Add-new page on the sub site 2 events.example.com.

How do I get this done?

Part 2

So if I am on the sub site 2 events.example.com and click post Ad button it take me to the right page as it goes the the Add-new link in that site. Now my issue is the reverse like up top. If I want to click "Post an Ad" button from the sub site 2 events.example.com for it to go back to the main site 1 example.com Ad-new page. How do I do this?


Part 3

Finally, if I click on the logo on site 2 events.example.com it takes me the the events.example.com page. How do I get it to redirect back to site 1 home page at example.com.


Thanks to all in advance who can help me with this one. If I can get this and my datepicker added, then I will be near done.
