"No posts yet, be the first to post your listing here"

I just started my site so there are plenty of empty categories. Now that I learned how to display empty categories, I'd like to encourage users to post in those empty categories.

Idea:

When user clicks on category and it's empty, there is just a bit of white space where listings would otherwise appear.

How could I create a link that says "No posts yet, be the first to post your listing here!"

Any ideas here?
