Not Able To Make Theme Purchase

This is not a theme issue per see but I can not see any other place to post this.

I have purchased two themes and I want to upgrade my license to club.

They sent me a coupon code but for the life of me I cannot proceed to the checkout page. When I click on it it just takes me back to the login screen and in a round about.

Even if I try to purchase a theme the same thing happens.

I've exchanged emails, about 5 so far but still no help/solution from AppThemes.

PS: When I hover over the (Proceed To Checkout) link I get a url sending me to /signup.php
