Page jumps when i scroll to the bottom
I'm having an issue whereby when i scroll to the bottom of my page it seems to want to jump back up.
http://boosterads.co.uk/ads/shop-fro...-with-i-kandi/ is an example.
I think it has something to do with the banner that scrolls with the page as when i zoom out of the page its fine. Also if i make the banner not move with the page its fine as well.
Does anyone know a way to have the banner scroll with the page and not have the page jumping?
It seems to be happening across a few browsers.
