Payment method text on Step 2 of submit ad

Hi,

Hope you can help - what I'm trying to fix is hopefully pretty straightforward.

Basically, on Step 2 of submitting an ad you have 'Payment Method' and a drop down with the payment methods active on the site. What I would like to do is add some text saying "If you would like to pay directly by Debit/Credit card, please select the PayPal option and pay as a guest".

I am just looking for what I need to change to add this text by the payment method, (or as a tooltip, or in the dropdown - anywhere will do I just need to tell the user). Hope someone can help on this?
