Paypal auto approval of subscription

Hello,

I have a subscription on my site, and the user must have it to post ads.
I also have the moderation on, and want to keep it that way.
The thing is:
When the user pays for the subscription he should be able to post an ad (even if I need to mannually approve it first)
The thing is:

1- subscriptions payments need to be manually approved, since paypal is not automatticcally giving the payment as completed.
2 - It not good for the user if he has to wait for my manually approved payment... Pay pal should do that, not me (I only want to approve ads, not payments...)
3 - same happens with feature ads

what should I do to bypass the manual approval of completed and real payments?
