Paypal recurring subscriptions

I have set up Paypal recurring subscriptions by adding the subscription code to the final page of the ad-new page. When the button is clicked they are taken to Paypal and begin th erecurring payments. My problem is that I did not know the return link to indicate that the payment has been paid, so I have to edit each new ad to publish it, even though I have it set to Publish in the settings. Can anyone help me with the return link so it will auto-publish when they begin a subscription?

By the way, I will need to cancel each ad manually when the subscriber ends the subscription, which is no problem at this point.
