phpBB bridge
Hi, I am running a large phpBB forum with almost 100K users.
We are now using WordPress 4.3.19 with ClassiPress 3.5.4 on a different domain.
I will update the versions to the newest version asap.
Now, I would need some help building some kind of bridge between phpBB and
WP/ClassiPress.
What I would love to see is a plugin (mod/ext) for phpBB with a button in the phpBB user controlpanel (UCP) that "injects" the phpBB-login to
WP/ClassiPress DB so that the user can login to the marketplace with their phpBB-credentials, and also be logged in automatically when visiting the marketplace from within the phpBB UCP. This would only be used by phpBB-users also wanting to use our marketplace, other users can ignore this.
The plugin should also work the other way around, so that the phpBB-users can "unlink" the account (within the phpBB UCP) and when unlinking the account erase the account and all their ads or (prefered) change the status of the ads to unpublished/draft.
Really cool would be if the ads posted by users linked from the phpBB-UCP would be published automatically.
