Plugin for comment upvotes and user reputation

The only threads I could find on this topic are half a decade old. That means they're old enough to go to school...

Anywho, I'm looking for a plugin that can add the function of a user reputation system based on other users upvoting, or +1ing or liking, their comments. Does anyone know anything that I could have a look at?
