    Plugin SMS text post to top

    I was searching around for a plug in that can do the next thing

    If a client placed a ad then in a couple of days his ad can be on the bottom or on the next page.
    Then in his admin section he can click on a buttun place ad to top again. after followed by a sms screen user sends a sms and after his ad is on top again.
    I wanted to use paygol.com for this
    I found a programmer that can make this for arround 350 euro

    Who wants this as well,

    Goal is to find 10 other people that wanted this and then its 35 euro each
