Position Advanced Search

Hello all right?
I've configured the Advanced Search in my theme and appears when clicked on an ad category www.yoursite.com/ad-category/category-name

Appears on the right sidebar.

I am needing to change the position of the Advanced Search and put the homepage on top of the search bar.

In my theme the ad categories are dental specialties, the design was made to suit just dentists. I need to know what code to insert in head.php my theme to display the Advanced Search on the homepage and change the logic to show all dentists by region without feathers by ad category.

Its help me on this?
