Post_title and post_content field names should be made individual for categories

The main fields post_title and post_content are mandatory for all form layouts. They have the name "Title" and "Description". The name of these fields and the tooltip that pops up for them are the same for all categories of ads.
Faced such a problem that for the new category "Work" these fields need to be given a different name. For the post_title field, you must give the name "Position", and for the post_content field, "Job Responsibilities."
How to solve this problem and give different name or hint to these fields for different categories?
