Pricing Not Calculating & 1 Other Question

Hi,
I have been looking in to some other payment gatways and I seem to be getting an error on the pricing on the "Review your ad" Page. I have ad's set to be charged at €3 and featured at €10. The ad pack setup is done correctly, or as described in the examples on the documentation pages of appTheme's site. Trouble is that the total is not being added up correctly. It's not charging for featured ad's at all.

any Idea's on this, I'm using 3.1.4.

Question 2, The url for the whole post ad steps is http://mysite.com/add-new/, so I need to know if I were to setup an SMS payment system which file would I need to place my "Pay By Text" button. I presume it's step3.php where the the preceed button is ??? maybe step2.php, anyway I will need to insert the new button just before the user is sent to paypal. Also, where would I redirect back to because I dont think the ad is inserted to the database at the "proceed button" stage.

Long winded post but I'm lost here.
