Problem with image in the menu bar.

Before upgrading to 3.1.3 insert a background image in the menu bar across the width. Paste the same script in the style.css of V.3.1.3 and now partially visible in the center of the bar. view site: http://clasificadossmartshop.com/

Please help to make it look like before the background image to the width of the entire bar.
