Putting the Contact Form into a widget OR..?

I would like to put the contact form into a widget instead of it being hard coded into the ad-listing.php file. Does anyone know I could do that?

It's because I have a specific widget that has to go above it, and I want to put another specific widget below it. The contact form has to be in the middle. So either I make the contact form into a widget so I can order them how I want, or perhaps is there a way in the ad-listing.php to specify a particular widget to go before the contact form, and then have other widgets after?

Anyone got any suggestions as to the best way to do this?
