registration issues for customers
I have had a few registration issue complaints coming in from potential customers on my classipress site. My site just started getting some traction in regards to listings and its a little frustrating to see this issue coming up a few times already. I don't want to lose customers like this. The problem that my potential users described were the following: Whenever they would register (a few different times, one even 7), they would not receive an email with their login/password credentials?
Does anyone know how or why this happens? Any feedback would be great. Recently, I have been just creating a username and password for these cases...but I just want to make sure customers aren't experiencing this a lot!
