Registration and Posting Ad

Im getting a lot of people registering to my site, legitimate users, the only problem is, although only new, not many of them are posting ads, I have a feeling it is the settings.

Is there a way to “post an ad” and register then be diverted to the “post an ad” page straight away, avoiding the email confirmation business.
So instead of this order:

Post Ad button > Registration > Email confirmation > Post ad page

want:
Post ad button > Registration > Post ad page
