Removal or editing the top nav bar when logged in?

Hi,

Have spent some time looking through the forum to sort this out, but couldn't really find anything specific ( i apologise now if there is something and if there is could someone point me in the right direction).

What i'm trying to do is either delete it or change the nav bar where its got the WP logo, web site name and couple of other things including the howdy and username on it.

Is there away of doing this?
