    Remove blog comments

    I know this has been covered before but I cannot find the right code in CP 3.1.5

    How would I go about removing the Blog Comments Counter as well as the Uncategorized File section?

    This was a solution given before multiple times but I can't find the right code in either one of those PHP files or any of the other ones I though it might be in.
