Remove blog "popular" and "tags" at right side bar

Hi all,

I wish to remove the blog right siderbar of "popular" and "tags".
My website is http://www.mrsproperty.com/property-news/.

I am using wordpress 3.6.1 and classipress 3.3.

Can someone please guide me.

I read the post which someone manage to remove successfully but the post is back on 2011 which when i followed the instruction, it cannot be remove.

Please help
