Republish old ads (bulk)

Hi,
I was browsing through the existing threads that include "republish ad" but none of them gave me a good/valid hint.

Can someone please suggest me what is the best way to republish old ads?
Basically what I want to do is to move the oldest ads to the top of the list so they can be seen in the 1st page of my classipress website.
