Search results category in the Meta Title

I have just finished adding the page numbers in the titles of the search results but there was one more thing I wanted to do with the title and I can't figure it out. Need help.

When a user searches for a term within a category, the results return with only the search term in the title. I would like my title to include the category they searched in as well. The cat number is listed in the URL of the results page but how would I be able to get the category name to show up in the title found in header.php.
