Setting first ad image as featured image?

I'm using a plugin (Social Netowrk Auto Poster) to post all new ads to our facebook account but for the life of me I can't get it to post the ad picture... Sometimes it uses the website logo, sometimes it uses a random image.

I belive the problem is that the SNAP plugin is looking for a featured image with from what I can see Classipress doesn't use. Is there a way to tell CP to set the first image on a listing as featured image so SNAP can pick it up?

Or another solution, SNAP can search for a customfield name to get the image from... can we give the first image of every ad a customfield name??

Any one else uses de SNAP plugin?
