Setting up CP in my website Sub Folder

Hello - This is my first rodeo with CP and Im excited but I want to get the install correct from the start. I have the website built at www.creekslist.com and all the files have been uploaded to the right places via FTP. I understand that CP can only run on the backside as creekslist.com/classifieds and then be linked in to the main page. I'm now trying to log in but my question is about the Database name and the MySQL form fields. Do I just use the ones I have for Creekslist or do I create new ones? and What about the Database host and Table Prefix?
