Show / hide <div> when logged in/out

Hi,

Im currently modding up a new theme for my Classipress (not seriously savvy with WP though) but my question is:

I have two divs in the sidebar, div 1 is to show when the user is logged in and not to show when logged out, Div 2 is to show when logged out, but be hidden when logged in, how can i achieve this in wordpress?
