Sidebar Elements Are Below Content On Mobile And NOT visible
The sidebar usually has many very important elements, like the ad categories for example, as well as the sub ad categories, once the visitor is viewing the ad category.
But the problem is that about 70% of visitors are on mobile, and on mobile the sidebar appears below the main content area, so all that important stuff in the sidebar is in reality not being viewed.
The only way I can think of solving this issue is not having a sidebar at all, or alternatively, keeping the sidebar for desktop visitors, but the really important stuff should be put in the header, above header or below header, this way on mobile view it will be visible first, before the ad loop.
But, doing this, will push down the ad loop itself, creating repetitive content at the top.
It would be greatly appreciated if YOU can share your insights and thoughts about the correct way to layout the website.
Thanks!
