Some Changes on the main page - HELP!

Hi everyone!

I need help to make the following changes

1 - I want to reduce the height of the search box and the box to select the search category. The width is fine just want to reduce the height. Enter part of style.css

2 - I want to reduce the size of the text in search boxes
and remain focused and to the left as they are. Enter part of style.css

3 - reduce the space between the block of the sidebar. Enter part of style.css
the space is equal to the spaces between the block of ads.

4 - Reduce the text of the titles of the ads.
