Something like an auction plugin

Hello,
I am currently using ClassiPress Theme and I am wondering is there some auction plugin that is working with this theme? My idea is there to be option and if that option is checked users can make offer to the ad owner. If the owner accepts the ad becomes inactive and it can be published again. Have you heard for something of this kind ?
