Spam signups are ridiculous. Any GOOD anti-spam solutions?

Hi guys,

I've read previous posts on here related to spam and tried many solutions, but STILL, I keep getting spam signups!

They can't post ads because it costs money to do so, but it's just the fact that the "new registration" email is constantly being sent to my
inbox whenever theres a new spam signup. With nearly 20 classipress websites now, the amount of email I'm getting is insane and will be enough to bring down my server. I've had to change the admin email to a random adress on some sites, but obviously this means I don't get notification from legit users.

Does anyone have a surefire solution, as of today, that is drastically stopping spam SIGNUPS in the first place?
