stop spammer plugin stopping contact forms on ads

I have recently installed the stop spammer plugin as I was getting inundated with spam registrations and some sellers where receving spam emails through the contact form on their ads.

But since installing it some people have had trouble contacting sellers via the contact form on the ad with it going to a 404 saying the page no longer exists.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there any settings that I need to change?

I do have recaptcha on the contact form as well but this was no longer preventing the spam so I added the stop spammer plugin.

Any help would be appreciated, I have had many people wanting to buy things lately and haven't been able to contact the sellers.
