    streetadvisor.com with CP or another theme

    Would CP be a good fit for customization to have a website like streetadvisor.com ?

    I'm looking for a WP plugin or a PHP script which could have some of what streetadvisor can do, which is rating streets and places, asking questions, etc. to help visitors to find best places to shop or to live in.
