Style Help!

Hey guys so i have attached a picture showing what im trying to do. ive changed the background colour of both the header and body to white. however, there are still grey bars at the top of header, top of body and bottom of the body (not displayed in picture). I want to change those to white as well.

Also, the tittle that is circled i would like to change.

any help would be appreciated!
