Styles for advanced search

I was wondering if anyone using the advanced search plugin by wpRabbits has been able to maintain the style and design of the original ClassiPress search bar with the custom field presets from the plugin?

I bought this plugin today thinking there would be additional documentation or instructions to do something like this, but found nothing.

I've reached out to wpRabbits and others, but the only response I get back is that it is possible with CSS style changes. I purchased the plugin because I wanted the option to include a city search category in the main homepage search bar. The finished product, ideally, would maintain the original ClassiPress search bar with three search options: Keyword, Categories and City.

I'm hoping someone has gone through this situation before and wouldn't mind sharing the styles they used.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
