Subscriber role can't edit posted ads

I know that a subscriber role is able to post ads but what's the point if they are not able to edit it.
Can we make a Subscriber role able to edit their own posted ads?

Currently my users are using the contributor role but this expose so many Wordpress toolbar if the user will change the url to domain.com/wp-admin.

    Thanks
