Title attributes on main nav, footer and logo

Hi,

I have a few questions about adding title attributes on the navigation so I thought I'd put them all in one post.

On the main navigation how do I add title attributes to the 'Home' and 'Categories' button? I can get it to work through the menus option for other buttons on the main navigation ('About Us', 'Resources' etc..) but I don't know how to get it to work for the 'Home' and 'Categories' button. So when the user moves the mouse over the 'Home' button it says 'Boatgone.com - Boats for Sale' etc..

I need the same thing for the footer menu, how can I get the title attributes to appear on these?

Lastly...

On the logo, how can I get that to act like a button back to the index page?
