    Top Navigation Bar Alterations

    Im trying to change the text colour on the top navigation bars but cant seem to find where they are defined. I would also like to place a graphice behind these items as a background

    then I would like to move the menu bar up ( see attched file) to sit inline with the bottom of the logo. ( have tried using absolute positioning to do this but there are problems with internet explorer.
