    Trouble finding programmers to integrate design.

    We have a site design that we love for our babysittter listings site, but we don't love the job board plugin we are using and would like to integrate the classipress with some mods for the listings but are having difficultly finding a skilled programmer/designer to integrate the two. We were going to make the domain with a subdomain, but then the designs just don't match.

    Any recommendations?
