Trying to modify the 'add listing' form.

Hi, I'm trying to modify the ad listing page to be more suited for listing businesses, rather than ads and I'm having trouble changing/removing some text.

1. I need to change the 'Image 1' text to say 'Logo' on the add listing form.
2. On 'Review Your Listing,' I can't figure out how to change the text of 'Category,' I was able to do it on the first step, but I can't figure out where it's stored to edit it on step two.
3. Also we don't charge at all for our listings as we're a non-profit, so the 'Ad listing Fee' and 'Total Amount Due' just simply don't need to be there.

I'm assuming all these changes are going to be in a similar file, but I can't for the life of me figure out what that file is. I'm very new to PHP so I'm very confused.
