Upload image JPG, NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error

Hi all ,
here is my problem :
When I upload a PNG, it's okay, but when I upload JPG, I have this error on my console :
"NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error - http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php",
And Classipress returns me this error : "IO error. File: cheval1.jpg".

GD Library Check Your server supports the GD Library.
Image Upload Path http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04 - (change this)
PayPal IPN Check
FSOCKOPEN Check Your server has fsockopen enabled.
OPENSSL Check Your server has openssl_open enabled. Also make sure port 443 is open on the firewall.
WP Remote Post Check The wp_remote_post() test to PayPal was successful.
Other Checks
CURL Check Your server has curl enabled.
JSON DECODE Check Your server has json_decode enabled.
