    User can't add images after post has gone live

    My users can't edit their posts by adding images. The image does load into the wp image folder which I can see as admin, but it does not get attached to the ad. My photo limit is set to three. It does not matter if there were no original images in the ad or two. Whenever it is added as an edit, it does not show. I have to go into admin mode and then check add them in myself. Anyone heard of this? Any ideas? Thank you.
