User can't change password problem (Classipress)

    Hi,

i have a situation when an registrated user of http://www.vindhet.be try to change his password.(Classipress)
When the user want to change his password, he receive an e-mail from the system with a link to click on. When the user click the link ( in most cases) he recieves another message telling him that the code in the link is not correct. Users are trying a few times but are no longer able to change their password. I as admin, goes in and provide a new password to the user, the enables the user to log in again and set new password.
I guess you can agree that this is very time consuming and i want to find a solution. Has anybody had the same problem and could it be solved?

    Thanks in advance
    Gino
