user dashboard color background wasn't changed

Hi
I changed background color with an image with xy repeat as you know, but:
in the Style blue.css I changed 3b5998 with another (everywhere: 15 results) so all appear as I want but only the user dashboard and also admin dashboard background appear with the color wich I changed, becouse I used the change only in blue.css and the background here wasn't changed offcourse, I think.
So, I must change the background in the blue.css, how can I do that? (not header, only below the main menu)
