    user photo (avatar) on poster tab?

    i am trying to get the user photo or avatar on the poster tab like http://www.postpanda.com

    i tried to take the get user funtion from author.php and work it into sidebar-ad.php but it just brings up the standard blank man avatar..

    any help would be awesome
