    User profile

    Hi guys
    I need to force users to have a complete profile (sth like BtoB websites do). but the fields of users' profile are not enough ! I need some more.'s really important to me not let users post any ads before they fill in the user profile info form ! is there any1 who can help me ?
    by the way I searched in wordpress.org plugins section for Register plu redux but couldn't find that !
